SHIPPING POLICES

We process orders for shipping Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Standard Service shipping requested orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on Sunday or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Express shipping orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped (excluding weekends and Holidays)- pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.  Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.  

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to shipping.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer different shipping options for delivery within the United States. Please note, at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days after placing your order for processing.

Please note that your order is Custom Made please allow 1 to 5 business days after placing your order for processing.

-3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days) - $25 

- 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $30 

- Next Day Air (1 business day - we currently do not offer Saturday delivery) - $40 

- SIGNATURE REQUIRED (OPTIONAL) $5.00

*All orders are shipped using UPS and are insured for the value of goods. You may select the signature required option to ensure that the package is delivered to the correct recipient. If for some reason your package is lost or stolen after it is delivered, UPS will need to conduct an investigation. You will not be refunded for your order until the UPS investigation is completed, and we have verification that the package was not delivered to you successfully.

 

Express orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped (excluding weekends and Holidays) - pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.  At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, US territories or International shipping.  We currently do not offer Saturday delivery. All orders are shipped using UPS, insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:

1) Find the UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

2) Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the UPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit www.ups.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to personal customization order of this merchandise put in work specifically for you.

For returns email service@claudiaamaya.com with your refund request. You can return a product once your return is authorized within 7 days from delivery date. You'll receive by email a UPS shipping label to initiate your return. Adhere the UPS return label included in your package onto your return package and return your package via a UPS authorized location, drop-off point, or scheduled pick up. Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund notification via email. Please note that it may take up to an additional 15 to 20 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

Unauthorized returns will be processed as online only store credit. A $25 restocking fee will be charged for all refunds. This fee is waived for exchanges. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for refund.

All items marked as final sale have been reduced in a price. Sale items purchased at a discount of 10% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item different size or color, send us an email service@claudiaamaya.com with your exchange request. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines and are subject to the item’s availability. A $25.00 restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges.
